From the North:
Exit Route 322 and head south on Route 68. COSM's Clarion location is about 1.2 miles south of Route 322. The office is on the right side of the road. Look for the yellow Anderson Physical Therapy sign. Our office is in this plaza.
From the South:
Follow route 66/28 North, then head left onto I-80 West. Take exit 62. Turn right on Route 68 North. The office is less than one mile north of I-80.

From the East:
Follow I-80 West to exit 62. Exit and turn right onto Route 68 North. The office is less than one mile north of I-80. Look for the yellow Anderson Physical Therapy sign. Our office is in this plaza.
