Sally
A. Selkirk, DPT joined the Center for Orthopaedics &
Sports medicine in December 2006 and has practiced Physical
Therapy in the Commonwealth of PA since August 2003.
Ms. Selkirk earned a Bachelors degree in Sport Science
from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in May 1999, graduating
Magna Cum Laude. She attained a Doctor of Physical Therapy
degree from Slippery Rock University in July 2003. Her
clinical rotations include outpatient physical therapy
at Tampa Bay Bone and Joint Center, Tampa FL; and acute
care and medical rehab at Charleston Area Medical Center,
Charleston WV.
Ms. Selkirk’s continuing education coursework has
included kinesio taping and concussions in high school
athletes. She attended the Sports Medicine conference
hosted by the Cleveland Clinic in June 2006.
Ms.
Selkirk has also taken part in the clinical instruction
of students from Gannon University, Slippery Rock University,
and Westmoreland County Community College.
